    Turn up the energy with this modern twist on Pilates! This sculpt-style class blends classic Pilates moves with light weights and dynamic sequences designed to challenge your strength and core. You’ll tone and lengthen your entire body while maintaining that mindful Pilates focus. All centered around fun playlists from reggaeton to rap and even corridos.

  • Intro to Pilates (45 minutes)

    New to Pilates? This class is the perfect place to start. The first half of the session introduces you to essential Pilates terminology, core principles and foundational movements. The second half gets you moving through a gentle, guided workout to help you build confidence and prepare for your first full class. You’ll leave with a solid understanding of form, alignment, and breath plus excitement to continue your Pilates journey!
